It’s yoga. But not just poses. Yes, it does include postures, but it’s so much more. It’s about getting to know yourself a bit deeper every month through goal setting, breathing, affirmations, concentration, meditation and journaling. In fact, yoga is all about stilling our internal chatter. And when we do that, we bring about awareness and consequently positive change into our often hectic lives.
